Aimed at making the new joinees comfortable, the HR Department facilitates a day long induction and orientation program for all new employees irrespective of their position/ level. The program helps the new joinees understand the company philosophy, its vision, businesses, management, systems and processes along with getting them acquainted with the PKCites.
