PKC offers varied and challenging assignments to employees that encompass various sectors and economies enabling them to explore a plethora of learning opportunities. Further, they are also exposed to quality consultancy practices while developing sensitivity for diverse cultures.

Apart from assignments, we provide ample learning and development opportunities to employees in the form of technical/ functional trainings along with soft skills training programs organised in coordination with HR Department. Regular knowledge sharing sessions provide platform to develop understanding of diverse sectors and businesses and thus enhance the learning curve.

PKC encourages a culture of self-initiative and enthusiasm to learn and develop and fosters an environment of simultaneous growth of individual and teams.

Aimed at making the new joinees comfortable, the HR Department facilitates a day long induction and orientation program for all new employees irrespective of their position/ level. The program helps the new joinees understand the company philosophy, its vision, businesses, management, systems and processes along with getting them acquainted with the PKCites.

These measures aim at broadening the expertise, competence and improve personal strengths that enables employee to grow as a strong professional.
