PKC has a structured recruitment process for all positions across functions where the objective is to identify the right fit for the vacancy.
As a part of the recruitment process, shortlisted applicants are required to go through personal interview round with the functional team wherein the candidate’s technical abilities along with softer aspects like analytical skills, communication skills and think through ability are evaluated. Upon clearing the first round of personal interview, the candidate is required to go through a technical test evaluation round designed to ascertain proficiency with financial concepts, how hands-on s/he is with technical concepts -the above is assessed through a short case study. Once the candidate clears the above elimination rounds, s/he has another round of personal discussion with Senior Management and HR where in the candidate is provided feedback about his fitment within the organization.
