Narendra Baliga
Chief Operating Officer
Narendra spearheads PKC's overall operations and is responsible for its growth. An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Narendra has over 16 years of consulting and operational experience across multiple sectors and various geographies. In addition to directing the planning & execution of diverse consulting assignments, Narendra specialises in Financial & Transaction Advisory and has extensive exposure to the Indian and Middle East markets.

Payal Soni
Senior Vice President
A CFA Charter holder and a Masters in Finance from University of Delhi, Payal has around 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets. She has led several large and complex engagements in Investment & Divestment Advisory, Rating & Debt Advisory, Transaction Support across various sectors including Financial Services, Infrastructure and diversified sectors.

Sanjeev Arora
Vice President
An MBA-Engineer by qualification, Sanjeev has over 15 years of extensive experience in providing consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Finance and Processes. Sanjeev has led numerous assignments in these areas for a large number of clients across sectors such as Infrastructure, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality and other diversified Industrial Companies in various locations in the Middle East and India.

Rahul Hans
Vice President
A CFA Charter Holder and a rank holder Chartered Accountant, Rahul has around 12 years of experience spanning across Rating and Debt Advisory, Transaction Support Services, Credit & Fixed Income Research, Corporate Banking and Management Accounting & Reporting. Rahul has worked for several top tier Investment Banks & Hedge Funds and has expertise in Financial Modeling, Company Valuations, Credit Analytics and Research, Business Restructuring amongst others.

A Chartered Accountant and CFA, Bhupinder has more than 10 years of experience spanning across Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance and Equity Research. Bhupinder has worked with top-tier Commercial and Investment Banks, and his expertise lies in the Financial Services sector with assignments involving M&A Advisory, Rating & Debt Advisory, Strategy Consulting, Business Restructuring, amongst others.
