The Business Situation
The Client had stake in food & beverages, banking & resources (mining) amongst other sectors, with strategic focus on consumer products and financial services. The objective of the mandate was to prepare research reports that would allow the Client to use the relevant section of the report and present it to potential investors, partners or other interested companies.

Our Role
PKC undertook information gathering from the Client which included annual reports, financial statements, forecast models, industry and other relevant reports. Based on information availability, PKC prepared the structure of the reports, which was finalized after incorporating changes suggested by the Client. Thereafter research reports were prepared essentially using the information provided by the Client.

PKC also undertook updating of research reports based on latest earnings, corporate actions and material events that impacted financial performance of the group companies.
