We provide comprehensive ratings advisory service to our clients in order to secure, maintain and position an upgrade to a healthy credit rating from internationally reputed rating agencies. Our role includes developing an appropriate positioning strategy, preparing the ratings information pack, and program management services including coordination with the rating agency, participation in rating meetings and query handling.
We assist our clients in their debt raising initiatives including preparation of information memorandum/ investor presentation/ prospectus, covenant/ contract review & negotiation support for term sheet & agreement, and program management including preparation of request for proposal, participation in roadshows, addressing investor queries, etc. We offer our debt advisory services across funding options such as syndicated loans, EMTN/ MTN program, Reg S and 144A.
